How Can we Fix it?
We can learn one of our Indian Cities Hamirpur, which is a desert and has got such capabilities who can donate water to other places. Practically, Hamirpur is not a desert, they don't have difficulty in getting water, but Bangalore is a desert as poor people have good challenges to get it.
